Eligibility

• Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date.
• Items must be in their original condition, with all tags and packaging intact.
• Certain items, such as downloadable files or courses are non refundable.

Return Procedure

1. Initiate a return request through our website’s “Returns” section or by contacting our customer service team via hello@ilovechakra.com
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and whether you’d like a refund, exchange, or store credit.
3. We’ll provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions on how to ship the item back to us.

Refunds

• Refunds will be processed within 5 after receiving the returned item.
• Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment.
• Refunds may be subject to a restocking fee of $15 to cover processing and shipping costs.

Exchanges

• Exchanges are only accepted for identical items in a different size, color, or style.
• Exchanges are subject to availability and may take 10 business days] to process.

Shipping

• Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or was sent in error.
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number.
• Shipping costs are free for purchases over $250 
• All items are shipped from Sydney Australia 

Warranty and Defects

• Defective items will be replaced or refunded at our discretion.
• If an item is damaged during shipping, please contact our customer service team to initiate a claim.
